Article 1 — Application
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for use of all services provided by Cyber Revolution Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"), including websites, applications, and events (hereinafter "the Services"). Users shall use the Services after agreeing to these Terms.
Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Services.
Article 2 — Registration
Persons wishing to register for the Services shall apply through the method prescribed by the Company, and registration shall be completed when the Company approves the application. The Company may refuse to approve registration if it determines that any of the following applies:
- False information was provided in the application
- The applicant has previously violated these Terms
- The Company otherwise deems the registration inappropriate
Article 3 — Account Management
Users shall manage their account information (ID, password, etc.) strictly at their own responsibility. Lending, transferring, or selling account information to third parties is prohibited. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damage arising from inadequate management of account information, errors in use, or use by third parties.
Article 4 — Prohibited Activities
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Services:
- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Activities that infringe on the reputation or privacy of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Activities that place an excessive load on the Company's servers or network
- Activities that may interfere with the operation of the Services
- Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
- Unauthorized access, cracking, or similar activities
- Commercial activities not permitted by the Company
- Providing benefits or other cooperation to antisocial forces
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 5 — Suspension of Services
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following exists:
- System maintenance or updates are required
- Provision of the Services has become difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
- Computer or communication line failures have occurred
- The Company otherwise determines that provision of the Services is difficult
The Company shall bear no responsibility for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the Services.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the content of the Services (text, images, video, audio, programs, etc.) belong to the Company or third parties with legitimate rights. Users may not reproduce, repost, modify, sell, or publish such content without prior written permission from the Company.
Article 7 — Restrictions and Account Termination
The Company may, without prior notice, restrict use or delete accounts if a user falls under any of the following:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Discovery that registered information contains false facts
- No use of the Services for an extended period
- The Company otherwise determines that use of the Services is inappropriate
Article 8 — Disclaimer
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Services are free from defects in fact or in law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, and bugs).
The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damage caused to users by the Services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 9 — Changes and Termination of Services
The Company may change the content of the Services or terminate the provision of the Services without prior notice to users. The Company shall bear no responsibility for any damage suffered by users as a result.
Article 10 — Changes to These Terms
The Company may change these Terms without notice to users when it deems necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Company's website. Continued use of the Services after changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
Article 11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Services, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
